Is the method used to cancel a reservation number or PNR record

Before use it, verify booking status by retrieve method.

You can only cancel booking if the reservation status is VOID or RSVD

Void = ticket issued previously cancelled within 24 hrs after issuance

RSVD= reservation is made but ticket not issued yet
