What should I do if my credentials don’t work?

If you are having issues with your credentials, verify that they are correctly entered. If the problem persists, contact your provider directly for assistance and ensure that the credentials are valid and active.

 

How can I obtain my provider’s credentials?

If you have not yet obtained your credentials, you can find help in "How to Obtain My Credentials." This section provides basic instructions for requesting your credentials from the provider.

Availability

First, make sure you are correctly connected to all necessary providers and that they are active in the "Administrator > Providers" section. Also, check if the search parameters are appropriate and compatible, such as dates, routes, or schedule.

Booking Voucher

Check the "Passengers" section and ensure the "Edit" button is available. Note that passenger editing depends on the provider and may not be available for your booking. Contact the company for modifications.
